Technician Administration

  • Customer service and support

  • Handling invoice issues

  • Assisting mechanics as needed

  • Purchasing parts and responding flexibly to situations

  • Managing parts inventory, new parts received, and defective/replaced parts

  • HR responsibilities, including first-round interviews and staff announcements

  • Supporting the owner (e.g., when attending university lectures)

  • Maintaining office cleanliness at all times

  • Wearing proper attire and uniform

  • Managing visa documents and related tasks for foreign staff

  • Helping foreign staff settle in

  • Following the owner’s instructions related to work

  • Bring old parts to the storage area, label them, and place them in the designated storage section.

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues during work.

  • For administrative tasks, including customs work, business license issues, and so on.

  • Ensure transparency in vehicle parts procurement and never manipulate part prices.
    (Do not create fake receipts—any such action may result in serious consequences.)
