Adhere to punctuality and always arrive on time for work.

Support the workshop operations while ensuring the director(owner) can effectively teach at the school.

Follow company rules and comply respectfully with instructions from the owner and manager.

Begin working on customer vehicles without delay.

Minimize idle time and maintain consistent productivity.
-
Accurately record clock-in and clock-out times.
-
Upon completion of a job, verify that nothing is overlooked, report completion to the manager, and log the work accordingly.

Clean and wash customer vehicles as needed.
-
Empty trash bins and keep the workshop clean at all times.
-
Do not dispose of old parts unless authorized.
-
Ensure the workspace is clean before leaving each day.

Return all old parts from warranty repairs to the parts department.
-
Never accept gifts (cash or items) from customers.
-
Listen attentively to customers when discussing vehicle issues.
-
Use seat covers, steering wheel protectors, and fender covers when working on vehicles.
-
Collect parts from the parts counter as specified on the job card.
-
Perform standard vehicle maintenance services.
-
Refill coolant and washer fluid.
-
Tighten wheel bolts to 100Nm~120Nm

Set tire pressure to 2.3 bar.
-
Document any noticeable damage on the job card.

Follow workshop manuals and repair guidelines to maintain service and repair standards.

Bring old parts to the storage area, label them, and place them in the designated storage section.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues during work.

Ensure transparency in vehicle parts procurement and never manipulate part prices.
